In July of this year EDGAR Filing Agent, a division of EPS, implemented the SEC’s new XML technical specification for Form 13F that was approved by the SEC earlier this year by creating a website for self-filers to easily file their 13F forms at www.form13f.com. Jim Plumb, President of EPS said, “Our development goal was something simple that anyone could use to file without the added complexities of having to know XML. The user simply fills out a form and is able to upload their holdings in an Excel file.â€
